Q.
Where do I get my picture order form?
A. Order forms are
delivered to your coach one week before the scheduled
shoot. This allows players and parents to make their
selection prior to the shoot. If you have lost or misplaced
your order form, ask your coach for another form or
you may download the order form from our website.
Q. When will I receive my picture order?
A. Delivery of pictures
is usually within 2-3 weeks of picture day.

What if I would like to add or reorder pictures?
A. Simple, Just click on
reorder from our homepage.
Q. Do I need to fill out the trader card data?
A. Yes. Trader cards,
magazine covers, magnets, key chains, and bag tags are all
products that will have your name and other information.
Please print neatly in the space provided.
Q. How long are pictures available for reorder?
A. Generally, you can
order up to 60 days from picture day. Just click on
reorder from our homepage.
Q. I want pictures but can't pay now. What can I
do?
A. You may order on-line
up to 60 days from picture day. We will accept post dated
checks. Please notify Morgan Photography in advance, and we
will be happy to accommodate.
Q. I have more than one child or have multiple
orders, can I put all the money in one envelope?
A. Frequently, parents
have more than one child in a league or school. Not a
problem, simply indicate this on one form that this is
payment for all.
Q. I have a special situation, how can I keep my
order separate?
A. Each order is bagged
separately. However, all orders are delivered to the coach
or instructor to be distributed to parents or players. Call
for special arrangements or pick up.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. Please include cash,
check or money order with your order form. Orders without
payment will not be processed. Pay the exact amount,
photographers do not carry change. Sales tax is
included in the picture price.
Q. I have a special request, such as, buddy
pictures with friends, siblings together, or parent/child.
Can I do this?
A. Not a problem, simply indicate on the order form
which package or add on you wish to be your buddy picture,
or special request.
Q. If I don't have payment, can I still have my
picture taken?
A. Photos will not be
taken unless order and payment is submitted on picture day
unless prior arrangements have been made. Customers
who submitted order and payment on Picture day will have
their photo available for re-order for up to 60 days after
day of photo shoot. Packages listed on order form are
not available for re-order, only add-ons are available for
purchase online.
Q. How can I pose?
A. Typically, sport
pictures dictate certain poses. Keep in mind all packages
A, B, C, D, and E must have a vertical pose. Add-ons or
non-package poses have no restriction.
Q. Can I substitute different pictures within my
package?
A. Sorry, packages are
set up for on-line submission and printing, and therefore
cannot be changed.
Q. Got a problem? I think something is missing or
I am just not happy with my order?
A. We try our best to provide an excellent product.
When photographing large groups there are always time
constraints whether at the shoot or on the production end.
We shoot multiple pictures to ensure we have a great picture
and we shoot multiple exposures for different skin tones.
If we make a mistake, we will do our best to correct it,
re-shoot if possible, or send you a refund. Call 521-7103
